The technician assigned to our job (Fredy) arrived on time, was pleasant, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently, was thorough, and gave us some tips for making sure we are maintaining our system properly. Absolutely a 5-star experience. We will use Advantage Septic again.
Very good value for the money
We used Advantage Septic for Septic Tank pumping. Dispatch operator is very professional, doesn’t mind at all if you need to reschedule. Pump truck operators are very well trained, very good to work with, even if your septic is a pain to find and a pain to get to the lid/cap. Very highly recommend this service. You’ll also get a copy of the documentation that’s needed in most counties. Very good value for the money. A+++
The price was VERY reasonable
This company saved our butts when our septic went out 1 hour before a party and our landlord wanted to make us wait 3 days with no running water or toilets. The young lady answered on a Saturday, had someone out within an hour AND the price was VERY reasonable for an emergency after hours call. We will be using this company again and HIGHLY recommend!!
What an awesome local company
What an awesome local company! Called company due to grease trap having a awful smell. Within two hours they were on site pumping it out! Liz the receptionist was wonderful to deal with on the phone and very customer service focused! On site service rep was friendly courteous and very professional. Highly recommend this business and their entire team!!!
Very professional
Not only is this the third time in the last dozen years that Advantage pumped our septic tank but the same technician performed the pump each time. He was very professional, remembers our house, and knows many of the homes in the neighborhood. We chatted after the pump about the history of the area and the changes that he’s seen in the neighborhood. I’ll definitely call Advantage when it’s time for our next pump out.
