Flexible and Accomodating
This type of service is not one you need often. However, when you do, you should call this company. We appreciate that Advantage was able to do our service and accommodate us when we needed to switch to Saturday.

We needed quick service the day after Christmas and Advantage was able to come out within hours. Robert Wentz was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. Every detail and step of the process was explained and we are confident he did a thorough job. We were not just some random customer to him, but he took time with us. Very polite and efficient tank empty scheduling, representative was on time and very polite as well as being efficient and complete. Excellent price for a job nobody wants to do. Top notch service
Top notch service. I emailed two other companies who never even responded to my inquiry. Advantage followed up the next day and got me on the schedule. Tech was out first thing in the morning. Found the tank and was done in an hour. He accidentally clipped some of my yard with the big truck, and without even asking he touched up the dirt he had disturbed before he left. And, on top, they gave me a Military discount without even asking. Highly recommended by me!
Very happy with the service
We had our septic tank pumped out. Our online request for service was answered in a timely manner. We scheduled a day and paid ahead so we wouldn’t have to be home. They arrived promptly and left a card when done where they could list any concerns they had. Very happy with the service.
