Family PASS helps workwork families who are at risk of homelessness in Fairfax County. We provide families with a path to economic self-sufficiency through intensive case management and comprehensive support services.

 

Family Pass Vision:
Family Pass vision is to strengthen at-risk families in Fairfax County and end homelessness in our community.

Stuart M. "Mike" Lynn
Stuart M. "Mike" Lynn

Stuart M. "Mike" Lynn is co-founder of SES-Mid Atlantic LLC and a 1987 graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Soil Science. Alongside his wife, Suzanne, he leads SES, Advantage Septic Service, and Joiner Micro Lab, providing comprehensive onsite wastewater and water system solutions. Mike is a Licensed Professional Soil Scientist and serves as Chair of the Sewage Handling & Disposal Advisory Committee for the Virginia Department of Health.
